Recently, two bids were received from May Morgan Pavement Maintenance and Asphalt Preservation LLC and the bids were made according to three schedules A and  B. About 504 sq. yards have been planted.

A conservative estimate of $756,350.00 was provided by the Engineers due to poor market conditions due to the bidding of the Cap Sail project for the past two years.
